Method: MF-LAMP This product adopts loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP) technology, microfluidic chip technology and fluorescence detection technology to rapidly amplify and detect the target virus. The kit contains an isothermal amplification chip (test card) for detecting the pathogenic target genes and a Sample Preservation Solution. 

 

Agenmic Microfluid Chip Test Card This test card has 8 reaction chambers at the bottom. One chamber is filled with one lyophilized bead reagent. One for internal control, the other 7 lyo beads represent different test targets reagents. Clients can choose test targets from the test menu and make their own test card. Each test card can test from 1-7 different test targets. This test card connects the pressure cap top to the sampling chamber and changes the air pressure inside the sampling chamber by pressing the air button. The solution will automatically flow from the sampling chamber to the reaction chambers. This test card does not require a high-precision instrument to apply driving force for the solution. Moreover, this test card is covered with a gas permeable, liquid impermeable membrane, it can avoid clogging and ensure fully reaction in the chamber with an accurate test result.
